The County Commission recently approved County Ordinance #12-23-2023-02, and the Christian County Collector recently posted the tax credit application on his webpage. You will need the following documents to support your application to apply for this tax credit. Proof of Missouri Residency (Voter Registration Card, Driver’s License); Proof of Ownership (Deed); Proof of Liability for Payment of taxes (Copy of current paid property tax for parcel); Proof of Age (Driver’s License, Birth Certificate).
